Kent Beyda is an American film editor whose credits include, "This is Spinal Tap" (1984), "X: The Unheard Music" (1986), "Fright Night " (1985), "Gremlins 2: The New Batch" (1990), and several "Scooby-Doo" films, among many others. His collection at the Archive includes behind-the-scenes footage, film trailers, student films, and outtakes from his work on "Rock ‘N’ Roll High School" (1979). Since 2008 the Kent Beyda Collection at the Archive has contained approximately 30 different items, including numerous unique materials like home movies and alternate cuts of his work.
