REGISTRATION AND COLLECTIONS MANAGEMENT INTERN - MUSEUMThe Registration and Collections Management intern will provide support for registration and collections management projects for a growing film-related Museum collection. The incumbent will be introduced to areas of registration and collections management including processing new acquisitions, exhibition registration, and long term collection storage solutions. SPECIAL COLLECTIONS INTERN - LIBRARYThe Special Collections Intern will gain hands-on experience processing an archival collection of film-related manuscript material from start to finish. The collection to be processed will be matched to the intern's area of interest and/or study. More than 70 occupations are represented in Special Collections, including actors, animators, art directors, cinematographers, costume designers, editors, and more. TECHNICAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT INTERN - MARGARET HERRICK LIBRARYThe Technical Services Department Intern works under the supervision of the library’s Head of Technical Services, with special projects assigned and supervised by the Scripts Librarian. The duties of the intern may include but are not limited to: accessioning, cataloging and circulating library materials (scripts, books, periodicals, etc.); cataloging in Voyager ILS, ContentDM and other databases.
